Right arm stronger then left?

i've been working out going to the gym for about 2-3 weeks and i've noticed my right arm is bigger than my left what could i do to even it out(im right handed) its uneven in my biceps and triceps

  1. do a few extra reps of free weights with your left arm and/or use a heavier weight for your left arm.


  2. have you been doing some writing? that might be the cause of it. umm you could do some one handed pushups if you can. or ask someone at the place you workout at, maybe they could help you.

  3. Keep working out both arms, but work out your left arm more.

  5. Well it is natural for your strong hand/harm to be bigger than your weak arm/hand because you will use that hand more. You just need to keep working them out evenly because if you just work one arm eventually that one will be bigger then the other one too.  

  6. thats for me too. its because im right handed and i tend to pick up things more often with my right hand then my left. i try to lift things using my left instead of right to even it out. maybe that'll work for you.

Well, I've been a pitcher in softball for years, so my right arm has pretty much always been stronger than my left arm...but i never really worried about it because you could only see the difference when i flexed my muscles (haha...that only happens when i'm joking around with people)...but you should definately start working on your left arm if it's a noticable difference.  I suggest spending 2-3 days ONLY working on your left arm, and not doing anything with your right arm (unless you really need it to lift...).  

  9. do weight training on your left arm

    and when you are doing things around the house - like carrying in shopping etc.

    use your left hand to carry in all the shopping

  10. work the left one more than the right DUH!  

  11. there might just be more muscle building cells in that side of your body or maybe just in your arm...

    next time you go try doing more left side dominant lifting... curls will work the best most likely...

  14. start adding 5 more reps to left arm exercises.so if you do 10 reps on your right ,do 15 reps with the left.
