Well, I'm right-brained, but I'm also right handed, and I was wondering if that was possible...?

I've heard it isn't but I'm right-brained. Am I abnormal?!

  1. Of course NO, even a small percentage of the population can use both hands equally well; a person with this ability is deemed to be ambidextrous...and they are not abnormal at all.

I do think you are confusing the idea of Lateralization of brain function and the brain hemisphere that controls a specific side.

For example, the motor skills of the right side of the body are controlled by the left hemisphere of the brain. You have the wrong definition of "right-brained"

  2. The correlation may not need to be that strong.  Consider yourself to be within the bounds of normalcy.
