Right half of the screen mostly green and red with...

Question

My Vizio 42 inch LCD is not quite two years old. The screen is precisely divided in half with the right side having very low resolution and colors only remotely close to accurate with mostly red, green and dark hues. The problem has suddenly gone away a couple of times but has come back. I reset all the settings to factory with no change in the problem.Appreciate any suggestions. Failing a solution, referral to a repair shop in Sacramento California would be useful.Thanks.
