On August 31 2007, Musicmatch services will be discontinued and you'll need to switch to the equivalent services from Yahoo! Music -- Yahoo! just download Music Jukebox....and it should transfer all of your songs.

its free, and its going 2 b around since its fairly knew (i think!)  

i used to use MusicMatch, but now i use Jukebox and its awesome! ;)  pretty cool.
