  1. yes!!!! my coach always said stick out your chest like your showing off this huge dimond necklace, keep your head up, and stand up striaght! hope i helped!!

  2. yes thats exactly the right type of posture on the ice

except that you want to feel loose when you skate and not too uptight with any position

and your grammar fine btw haha

    good luck

    p.s. where are you from?

  3. I would say good posture is definitely important to have when you skate but when you skate you should have your hips under your shoulders and your shoulders should be back. You also have to remember to keep your knees bent! Good luck! I hope you have fun!

  4. Yes, you want to have the same posture. You want to present yourself nice. But you have to remember to keep your knees bent and stay a little looser, that way you flow gracefully across the ice. Most of all have fun with it, but represent yourself beautifully, like a ballerina on skates. :) I hope this helps!
