Question:

Right side stomach pain?

One of my friends is having pain on her lower right quadrant of her belly. She says it feels like needle point pain. My 1st thoughts are gal bladder infection/stones, appendicitis, kidney stones. I asked her to put gentle pressure on the area and it made her feel more uncomfortable not necessarily more in pain.

Anyone ever feel this or have an idea of what it is?

  1. check it out on webmd.com ?

  2. i would keep a close eye on it,CAN YOU SAY APPENDICITIS

  3. Her Appendix could be the problem. She should have it checked out ASAP. Especially if it gets worse.

  4. tell her to jump up and down on one leg a few times, and if it hurts, then her appendix has burst, or will burst soon.

  5. GET HER TO A DOCTOR  ASAP.

If it is appendicitis, it could lead to blood poisoning and could be fatal.

There are many things that it could be. But get her checked out. Here is a link with a list of things it could be.

  6. I had that pain before . I'm not saying it's 100% what she has or anything ,but I had a an ovarian cyst. Sounds alot like what she's having... Might want to check into that. Either way... she should go to the doctor!! Could be Apendicitis also!!
