Right turn on Red with "no right turn on red sign"?

I made a right turn in a corner that has a red signal, and has a sign that says "no right turn on red". How much fine am I gonna get?

Probably abouy $50.00. But always appear in court and fight your tickets. 9 times out of 10 the judge will lower the fine. Keep in mind this is a moving violation and it will affect your insurance. Ask the judge if you can go to traffic school because this will erase some of the points on your record.

that totally depends on your town/county and what the level of their fine is. it is set by the governing body.

ofcourse, if you didn't get caught you won't get a fine!

it's posted, "no right turn on red", then yes.

If it's not posted, no.

I guess they can give you a ticket if they want to, but it won't stick.

You do have to come to a complete STOP before turning.

hmm.. well its bout £60 for speeding? cant be much different from that/depends if you got caught

It would state on your ticket when you are caught. If you were not caught than nothing. It is different for different counties

if you got pulled over, then you should have received the fine already. If you know there are cameras there then you should tell us the state where you live so we can help you, since fines vary in every state. Otherwise if there was no camera , you won't get a fine at this point just don't do it again.

First of all, did you get caught?  If so, then the fine depends completely on where you were when this happened.  It varies from township to township, county to county, state to state, et cetera.

I CAN tell you that if you did this in Union Township in Clermont County, Ohio, unless the fine has gone up, it should be about eighty dollars.

It depends which state you live in.

I've done it once, and there were cameras, I received a mail telling me that I needed to pay $75.

But if there are no cameras, then you've got nothing to be worried about
