Right turning in california? Drivers ed training, HELP!?

In California, a right turn:

A. Must begin AND end in the right-most driving lane

B. Cannot be made if opposing traffic is turning left

C. Can be made on a red light only after making a complete stop behind the white line or crosswalk

D. All of the above

  1. Pretty sure the answer to that is D....

    A) of course you gotta begin and end in the right most lane, you can't turn right and dart across all the lanes to the left most lane all of a sudden.

    B) of course, traffic coming left the opposite way would mean its coming where your about to turn, you cant turn right then because if you did, one of those cars could be changing lanes and side swipe you easy.

    C) You have to stop behind the white line any time the light is red. If you don't you could risk hitting a pedestrian you don't see walking or a bicyclist biking across, also you might not see a car coming from the left of you going straight on a green light.

    cuz with B and C other ppl could be coming the same way so idk

    thats like tricky, i hate those driving q's
