a father give up rights with out the mothers consent and if doing so does that terminate child support?

My fiancee may be having a baby with his x girlfriend. She wants another man to adopt the baby however wants to make sure "we" pay for it.

My fiancee wants to give up rights to this child if it is proven to be his. She has made harrassing phone calls to me and I had to get my number changed.

I am pregnant withmy fiancees child and we plan to get married in November but maybe married before that depending on what legal cousel says to do. If she refuses to allow him to give up rights...(she has stated several times that she wants him to give up rights) are there any options for me, my future hubby and our baby?

There is a man that she plans to marry next summer and she says he is willing to adopt this baby but will not do so until they are married. She plans to move to Arizona with him and the baby next summer.

Will adoption by her husband eliminate the child support payments?? Or if he is married and has a child on the way reduce his payments of child support to his x girlfriend if she will not let him give up rights? If the guy is willing to adopt this child and my fiancee is willing to give up rights can it happen without the mothers consent?

dont give me any grief either... there are many people that have thought about this... and it not like the other child would be harmed because there is someone that wants to take care of the child.

It would seem that once both biological parents agree that the father is to give up all ties to the family, and the child is adopted by another father-figure, the mother of the child cannot ask the biological father for child-support. She cant have both fathers supporting the child if the biological father has been asked to give up rights to the child.

However, I'd go talk to someone at either child services, or even family court to make sure that this doesnt backfire on anyone.
