  1. i have 18's on my 96 honda civic and recently sold my nephew my old set of 18's, he has an 04 as well and trust me, they look bad a** with lowprofile tires. any bigger then 18's will definetly rub, mines do just a tiny bit on occassion, (mostly when turning the wheel all the way as to make a u-turn) but if u go smaller, it just won't look right, I tried 17's and although u may not think it makes a difference in appearance...IT DOES. btw, it wont look good with big thick tires either, go with lowprofile. it's also cheaper when u buy the rims & the tires together. I bought a set of chrome for $900 and alluminun for $650, plus they installed them

  2. I think 17" or 18" would be the better sizes to go off of (with 18" being a stretch).

    19"s & 20"s I think are too big for an 04 Civic.

  3. 04 civic, go with an 18" rim. low pro tires, eibach dropped kit.

19 will fit too, but u have a less variety to choose from and tire is not as common so therefore more expensive!

20 are just too big for that smal car, brake problems, acceleration, alot of stuff is affected. and it'll look like your civic is 4x4. lol
