Rince Cosmo to keep improving in Caffreys Puppy Classic Trial Stakes at Nottingham
Rince Cosmo showed plenty of improvement in his last open race, when sealing the first position by two and a half lengths at Coventry. J. Davy’s brindle b***h is expected to continue his winning journey, and display a fine performance in the Caffreys Puppy
Classic Trial Stakes at Nottingham on Monday, August 6th.
After a few brilliant trial races, Crash’s daughter made her debut at the top level on July 22nd. An early pace helped her attain a decent lead at the first bend. Despite being under a lot of pressure, the dashing b***h did not make any mistake
whatsoever, and ensured the top status comfortably.
She is not an experienced b***h in this class, but it is hard to ignore her chances especially after the classy act she did last time. Rince Cosmo recently made a reasonable solo outing, covering an area of 500 metres in 30.93 seconds. A little improvement
can make her the winner of today’s crucial meeting.
Other runners in the pack are: Skywalker Champ, Kowloon Conner, Mademoiselle, Geneva Diva and Romeo Alliance. Just like other Caffreys Puppy Classic Trial Stakes, this race carries a cash prize worth £150. According to the preset plan, the race will be kicked
off at 20:51 GMT.
Romeo Alliance lacks a yard of pace, but will stay on. The brindle dog, however, is not expected to finish on top of the chart after a terrible defeat here last month. Geneva Diva has the speed, but dominating the proceedings does not look to be her cup
of tea today.
Mademoiselle has plenty of experience under her belt, but needs to show her magic move early in order to do well. Kowloon Conner was an easy A1 winner at Sheffield earlier this month, however, stepping up to this class would put him under some pressure.
Without a doubt, Skywalker Champ is a very dangerous hound. The black dog can make a race winning move down the far side.
An exciting battle between Skywalker Champ and Rince Cosmo is on the cards. The latter is in slightly better form, and gets our vote. Good luck to all the runners.
