Ringdown Service?

Do telephone companies still offer RingDown service where your telephone does not have a dialer or touch tone push-buttons because you can only call ONE person from that line? (sometimes known as a HOTLINE).

If not, then who does and is it still possible to get one?

Stock brokers and traders still use ringdown and hollerdown circuits.  It would depend where you are located.
