Ringtone Help for the Pantech DUO!!!!?

I have the new Pantech Duo cell phone... I down loaded a ringtone from phonezoo.com, and got the text message and everything, but cannot figure out how to get the rington from the text to actually being my ringtone. PLEASE HELP!!! Im aggrivated.
