Ringtones For CECT P168?

Question

Is it possible to get rid of the ringtones that come on the phone when you first get it to put more of your ringtones on it? I know how to put ringtones in my profiles setting but it only lets me put 5 ringers from my music player

P.S

my mms for t-mobile doesnt work i tried the setting config but noting happens it says 99% and cutts off displaying error communication failled
