Ringtones charged to my tmobile phone, but wasn't activated?

i signed uo on yahoo for a ringtone called vertigo, but when i downloaded it i got a message that said "file corrupt" and i was still charged the 2.99

  1. I received a similar message a while back on an AT&T service ringtone (cingular now). I called AT&T and explained what happened and they credit the account and was able to redownload.  But I dont know if Tmobile works the same way I would assume so.
