Ringtones for the Palm Centrino from sprint?

Question

I was wondering if there is a way to use songs from my computer as ring tones for my Palm Centrino? Also I am having problems viewing video sites (not youtube itself) on my phone. Is there something I could download to fix that on my phone? Thanks for the help.
