Ringtones on blackberry curve?

i was using myxertones to get ringtones which was the besttt...but i think i might have blocked something on my phone because i was trying to download yesterday and nothing was coming thru on my pda even though the site said the ringtones had been sent....how could i allow the ringtones to come in and what do i need to configure so that i can unblock internet connections
