Ringtones on the Muziq cell phone from LG? HELP?

i know the bluetooth cant transfer ringtones and stuff but is there any way i can download ringtones to my computer and transfer them to my cell phone as a ringtone? if not, then if i get a website to send it to my fone will it work...help plz i've been trying to do this forever
