i have a bought ringtone on my phone will i be able to transfer it to my knew phone

You can probably transfer it via blue tooth if your phone doesn't support blue tooth, then you may be able to send a mms (Multimedia Message) to a friend and have them forward you your own mms back to you.

No need to download anything to your pc.

Better than going through 3 different programs or steps, just use their online ringtone making tools

if this dos not work buy a USB cable, and transfer the ringtones to your new phone
