Do you mean you want to join a Yahoo Group dedicated to the Sailor Moon character Rini and her friends?  If so, you can join any of the three Groups here that I found by doing a Yahoo Groups search on "Rini and Friends" (though all three appear to be dead).

Do you mean you want to start a Yahoo Group dedicated to Rini and her friends?  If so, then sign in to the Yahoo Groups home page ( http://groups.yahoo.com/ ).  Then click the Start Your Group link towards the upper-right-hand corner.  Then follow the directions on the resulting page.

Or do you mean something else?  If so, then you need to add Additional Details to your question, stating what it is you are looking for.
