Rinse after using smart mouth?

If i use rinse with Smart Mouth brand mouth wash, should i rinse with water after? Merci beaucoup!

No, and don't eat or drink for at least 30 minutes either. The fluoride helps prevent cavities/strengthen teeth, but it doesn't work if you rinse/eat/drink within 30 minutes.

after using the smart mouth wash, you need to just stay tight with out rinsing with water or eating any thing for 30 min, to allow the medicine to work.
