Rio In Encino????

For everyone that lives in the Tarzana/Encino/Sherman Oaks/Woodland hills area. Im sure you guys have seen RIO (the club /lounge thats located on ventura. Does anyone know if you need to be 21 and over to go there ? Thank you!

As a club, I found it a great evening. As for the food, I was unimpressed. A new Brazilian BBQ has opened a half mile west called The Sampra Grill. For me 1000% better. 6-10 different grilled meats brought to your table and a fine cold and hot food bar. Soup, sushi, shrimp caviche and lots more. Lunch $15.00 full and bar only 9.95. I feel it's a great deal not to last forever. Diner 25.00 the whole deal. I think they have a full bar however, I don't drink and am not sure about that.
