Rip stick question?

i am going into high school and i am a girl. I was wondering if it would be really weird if i got a ripstick. All of my neighbors are younger boys and they taught me how to ripstick and now i really want one. I am not a tomboy or a girly girl, but i found ripstick boards really fun. Tell the truth and adults who are going to say if you really like it do it and no one will make fun of you.....i want the truth
