Riped seat and scratched back fender on 2005 ozark 250?

its a 2 inch rip in the seat from flipping it and then there are some pretty bad scratches almost like sandpaper any way to repair it otherly than buying all new fenders and a new seat i was hoping to sell it so i didn't want a big hole and it to be all messed up any suggestions and if you think it can't be repaired any place to get mabe non suzuki or something under the normal 200 dollars a seat or 300 dollars the fender

u could use the finest snapaper u can find to smooth out the fender and buy just a new seat cover, they go for about $100 and its a lot cheaper than buying a whole new seat.

You'll either have to make the repairs properly or sell the bike for less money.
