Ripley Diana to upset favourites in Night Of The Stars A2 525 at Shelbourne Park
The odds are nowhere in Ripley Diana’s favour. We cannot blame the bookies for this, because the white and black b***h is not one of the regular winners. However, it would be a foolish move to rule her out of the equation.
The 2-year-old has just done a wonderful job in a 525 yards contest. After facing a couple of unlucky defeats, she returned to Shelbourne Park with a huge bang. After leaving the third box, the dashing b***h presented a fantastic show.
Despite an early mess, the daughter of Archaton Pine maintained the standards to ensure the second place behind Crossfield Jet. The b***h surely deserves credit for her latest wonderful act. She is expected to build on that, and demonstrate a charming show
in the Night Of The Stars A2 525 at Shelbourne Park on Wednesday, November 07, 2012.
The affair is scheduled to start at 21:46 GMT. It carries a prize of 350 Euros, which is reserved for the ultimate champion. Among Ripley Diana’s rivals are: Fairhill Noel, Sportsman Keano, Sheepwalk Mead, The Other Sky and Rushwee Record.
Sportsman Keano has the draw in favour. The black dog, wearing red jacket, is in a tremendous position to put the rest under pressure in the early stages. But the punters should not trust him blindly because of his recent poor form. On his latest trip, the
Ballymac Maeve was fifth on the chart.
Fairhill Noel is stepping down to this grade after facing a few unlucky defeats at the A1 level. A drop in class could see him improve; otherwise, his chances are not absolute.
Sheepwalk Mead finished at bottom of the table last twice, and we don’t expect him to do any damage today. The Other Sky is likely to run a good race, but in defeat. The brindle b***h was third on her last four races at the A1 level.
Rushwee Record does not have an impressive track record. The black dog is not expected to make an impression following an awful loss last time. However, any inside crowding could work in his favour. We wish the best of luck to all the contestants.
