Ripon - renting and buying...?

Question

I am thinking of moving near Ripon. Are there cheaper (nice)areas close by to sell/rent. I will rent for 6 months and then buy.

Ripon is quite expensive i think! You want to try closer to leeds unless you have 250k in your back burner!

well sharow to be exact.

flipping expensive, id probably go for a flat around the bondgate area, but you have to be careful around there because its a bit rough.

around st agnesgate is nice too, and there are also some cheaper flats/houses around the harrogate road area.
