Ripped off- bought wrong bird help?!?!?

My dad thought he was buting a lesser sulfur cockatoo but got ripped off and sold another bird any legal advice? (Yorkshire,England)

Well, you can go back and ask for an explanation. Contact a lawyer they will know more of what you can do.

Take the bird back and say youve made a mistake.

I can't give you legal advice because I am not an attorney.

What I can do is to ask you if you still have your receipt? If you have  your receipt then you have the right to bring your bird back and exchange it for the correct bird. If you believe you were duped and can not get your money back then I would suggest selling that bird and buy the one you want or you will need an attorney to file a suit against the store it was purchased from.
