Ripped peice of paper?

I ripped this piece of paper that me and my friend had. the paper was already pretty beat up but i want attach it back on. i want to use something that will last if it gets wet. what would work?

lamination is probably the best idea

Take it to a print shop and have it laminated back in one piece. Since it will be coated in plastic it will last if it gets wet.

Scotch tape, but i dont think it would hold up in heavy rain
