Ripping cds thru my PCDJ Red software to my...

I have a cd in my drive, and when I open my PCDJ Red software, it states that "No CD loaded" indicating it isn't reading my cd drive. I have tons of cds to load to my system, but none of them are showing up as loaded. Please help!!
