Rise To Glory aims for a majestic victory in the Harrison Handicap at Lingfield
The Harrison Handicap is one of the most exciting races taking place at Lingfield today, on 28th March, 2012. The standard race will take place over 7 furlongs for £1,704, which the eleven runners will be competing for.
This line-up has some of good competitors who will be fighting for a placed finish. Rise To Glory has promising prospects, and he will be up against Spin Again, Gooseberry Bush, Monadreen Dancer, Crocodile Bay, Fault, Litotes, Chandrayaan, Mi Regalo,
Wee Buns, and Littleportnbrandy.
Rise To Glory’s seasonal debut lacked enthusiasm and pace, as he finished eighth in ten runners in the Play Rainbow Riches At Bluesq.com Handicap at Wolverhampton on 19th January, 2012. The son of King’s Best, out of Lady At
War, started progressing and showed development later in the season.
Under jockey Neil Chalmers, he finished as a runner-up, missing the victory by a marginal difference of a neck to, Sabys Gem, in the Six Nations Free Bets With Freebetting.co.uk Handicap at the same track on 17th March, 2012.
He led with 1 furlong remaining, but fell behind the winner inside the final furlong.
Owned by S.A. Harris, the four-year-old colt is trained by Shaun Harris, who has been working hard to polish his skills and find his hidden potential.

In today’s race, he will be paired up with jockey Robert Winston, the same jockey who led him to a finish in fourth place in the Skysports.com Handicap at Kempton on 21st
March, 2012. The duo tracked the leading, and led briefly but was soon overhauled by the other runners.
With a glorious victory already to his name, Spin Again may challenge other runners in this race. The seven-year-old gelding has more experience, and the run against the other competitors may be easy but the talent of the other runners is not to be
under-estimated.
The son of Intikhab, out of mare Queen Of The May, succeeded over Diplomatic by a wide margin of 4 lengths in the Kempton Park (Supported By Betfair) Handicap at Kempton on 20th March, 2012, which he entered with the odds of
14 to 1 under jockey Richard Kingscote.
This was his first victory of the season, which pleased his trainer Daniel Kubler, and owner David Dacosta, as his last three performances completely missed the mark. He will be coupled with Kingscote again, where he will be expected to perform an
encore of his previous run.
Chandrayaan is also a strong competitor, who may claim a placed finish in today’s race. Under the training of John E. Long, the five-year-old gelding delivered an impressive finish as a runner-up in the Breathe Spa At Lingfield Marriott Handicap at
Lingfield on 7th March, 2012, where he missed the victory by 3 lengths.
Rise To Glory is the threatening runner in this race, aiming to steal the competition leaving Spin Again to finish second and Chandrayaan to finish third.
