My friend and her boyfriend had s*x for the first time, and she said he used a spermicidal condom and pulled out extremely early. Should she be ok?

Tell your "friend" that a good rule of thumb to follow when questioning pregancy is "anytime a p***s enters your v****a, there is a change that you will get pregnant".

You sound young.  Go get a pregnancy test.
