Risk of making up community service hours for high school?

If someone was to make up community service hours in their high school. What is the chance that they would get caught? Montgomery County Public Schools

Actually, rather low at least at my school.  They don't check it unless you log something suspicious like 200 hours day after day at the same place.  However, doing community service is important, so do it.
