Risks of recovering my Windows Xp 2005?

My laptop (Toshiba) is running very slow. I bought it about 1.5 year ago. Not only the internet is slower. Everything seems to be mixed while processing my requests.

I would like to use the recovery DVD to make it running as it was earlier.

What are the risks if I do it?

Softwares lost ???

Pictures lost ???

  1. Make sure you backup everything first then run the recovery disc.


  2. this worked on my pc when its strtinf it says to press f11 or something the u can restore.it asks if u want to delete everything or keep in a differtn drive hope this helps
