Riso GR 3770 master make shadow on it how to fix...

Hi I have just recently broght the GR 3770 used copier and when i made the masters it make the shadoe which is not in the originalall the print also print with that shadow , is there any one know how to fix this problem please help me?Jack Adelaide Australia
