Theft - I have received a rude response saying too bad - you should not let a 17 year old girl go to Mexico by herself. I didn't she is with another family - An adult mom and her two children.

I think you are letting your emotions get the best of you.  If you feel like you need to be heard, post your complaints on a travel advisor type websites....travelocity or expedia are two good ones.  

Like I said before, I'm sorry that your daughter had such a bad experience.  You haven't said what the hotel security or police are doing about it???  What has the adult that is accompaning the children doing to try to resolve this?   I would think they would be treating the matter efficiently.  No one here in Cabo want a tourist to experience this.  Millions of people visit Cabo yearly and your experience is a rare one.
