Riveria Maya?

Question

Me and my husband are traveling to the riveria maya. I would just like to have a feel for the place?

Are there clubs there?

how are the beaches?

and so on-- if anyone knows anything please let me know

The Rivera Maya is in the state of Yucatan in southern Mexico - - Usually, Can Cun is called the rivera maya. - So exactly where are you going ? - And yes, the beach, clubs, restaurants, shows, food, and all water sports - Have fun you will enjoy it -

Riviera Maya is absolutely gorgeous! The beaches are fantastic, but when I went, they were immensely crowded. There aren't too many clubs in Riviera Maya, but if you travel a bit to Cancun, it's bar/club center. There are at least five on every street.

A warning, it gets incredibly hot, especially from 12-3, so don't underestimate the heat and wear jeans :]

i've been there! i went when i was 11, i'm 15 now . it was amazing the beaches r beautiful, we stayed at the akumal beach resort. it was amazing and the beach was next to the pool :)

akumal means place of the turtle, and on my first day i went in the sea and saw a turtle it cameup to me and let me touch it :)

there are some clubs too!

That would be route 307, the Maya Rivera which has many hotels along the highway. I stay at the Palace Resorts,The Sun Palace has a night club and your all inclusive also gives you transportation to  the hotel zone  where you can go to many hot spots.The beaches aren't as beautiful but they are very calm. The  color is blue but not the  rich blue of Cancun.

The  best part of staying  on the Rivera is less crowds, calmer atmosphere and close to the fast ferry  to Cozumel and Playa del Carmen. Also  close to Xcaret which is a must see when in Cancun.Gliding down the river with just suit and life jacket is the best.The river goes underground and through ceynotes. You can also  snorkel to your hearts content. All in all is the best place be and Palaces let you take a bus to their other resorts for free.There are several in Cancun so  if you are out and about you can always go to one of them  for lunch or dinner or just for some libations.
