The Azerbaijan International went on to compare Anzhi with the likes of Manchester United and Manchester City, saying that the Russian outfit will reach the level of the English Premier League clubs in the near future.
"Yes, it's true. I am glad that they are interested in my services. It is a big chance for me to play at a higher level in my career. I think they are a strong team and are one of the leaders of Russian football at the moment.
I think that they will continue to develop and will rise on par with European giants such as Manchester City and Manchester United in next few years.”
