Rj45 to Utp cable help

Question

I'm getting really annoyed when i try to connect the rj45 to the utp cable. The wires are in the correct sequence and the wires are cut uniformly, yet there is still no connection. What's the problem? If there's a proper technique in doing this, can someone tell me about that? Thanks in advance.

You must align all the wires in correct order and make sure they are straight (no twists, bends, curls, etc).  I prepare about twice the needed length and straighten them properly.  After this, I cut the trimmed wires to length, straighten the cut end, slide them in all the way and then use the crimp tool to fasten them.

You indicate that you have the proper color sequence so I won't go into that.  However, make sure that the cut wires are long enough as sometimes this is the failure point.
