Road Trip!!?

Question

Ok, so me and my friend want to take a road trip to Myrtle Beach next summer! we will both be 15. We want my mom to take us, she is pretty cool. We live in Middle Tennessee. It would be about 520 miles.

What should we offer to do for my mom if she takes us (to help her out)?

How much money should we each put in?

What should we bring?

How long should we stay?

My mom works Mon-Fri 8-5

What do you think would be a good time to leave?

Any other advice would be awesome!

Your Mom would probably enjoy just having a vacation with you....offer to help her pay and setup a budget.

Depending on what you drive, you can budget about $250 for gas, $400 for hotels and whatever for food.

Beyond that, it's up to you, your Mom's timeline and budget.  

Remember, it isn't the destination that makes a road-trip, it's the journey.
