  1. Bangalore to Belur, Hassan is 232 Kms and the road route can be obtained from

    Halebidu is very close to Shravanbelagola (less than 10 km)

    From Shravanabelagola, you might wish to travel to Sringeri, which is about 110 km. the link below gives you the detailed map and time you will take

    http://www.mapmyindia.com/online/?from=S...

    Hornadu is fairly close to Sringeri; you will get the map directions from Chikmagalur on the above site and then you can make appropriate adjustments.  Alternatively, from Sringeri, you will have to retrace your route till Jayapura and after crossing Kulur (around 5 km) but before Jayapura, you will find a road to your right going to Attikkudigu and Thalagodu; take this route and then go upto Thalgodu and then take another right turn towards Kudremukh sanctuary and eventually, you will reach Horanadu.  The distance is about 50-60 km;

    From Horanadu, go back to Thalagodu and then you will find a road towards NH 13; take that road to NH 13, will be approx 20 kms and then once you hit NH 13, take a right turn going westward to Dharmasthala; the total distance will be about 60 kms.

    To get the maps, you may have to go to the following link and zoom in to understand the directions from Hornadu as the map will generate point to point only for major towns; so the link below is from Chikmagalur to Dharmastala

    From Dharmasthala to Bangalore, it will be about 338 kms and you can get the route on the following link

    http://www.mapmyindia.com/online/?from=H...

    I have used the www.mapmyindia.com to plan my road journeys and i find it better than some of the other mapping sites; sometimes, when you need it from small little towns, you may get the maps from a major town instead and can actually see the other spots as well, if you zoom in.

    Have a safe and beautiful journey.
