anyone get in from a day of biking and around 10 pm you start to become very hungry is there anyway to beat my why around this??

  3. Nope. It goes with the territory. You probably have burned a ton of calories. It happens to everyone. Eat. Your body needs it. My personal favorite are peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Sometimes I'll use honey but that depends on my mood.
