  1. Try adjusting the tilt of your seat, just a little at a time.  Also get some cycling shorts.  


  2. sit on your but not forward....do you have a descent seat??? the kind with the slit down the middle is the best takes the pressure of your jewls if you have a bit of money get a seat personally get it fitted

  3. well yea first check seat height...

    is your knee slightly bent at the bottom of your pedal stroke?

    then check to make sure the angle of your seat is almost completely flat...downhil mountain bikers like it angled way back... not good for "down there"

    I ride at the most 50 miles a day and I never feel any pain because my setup fits me... I dont wear padded shorts...

    some companies have even been seeking te help of uranologist to  make  seats to avoid this issue because it is fairly common....Specialized body geometry seats work best for me

    Also it might just be from lack of ridding a bike...

  4. Try some cycling shorts with padding in the crotch area, and check out a few saddles at your local bike shop. The position of your saddle also effects that area.
