Road noise?

i have been looking at the matrix and a lot of ppl say theres some raod nosie and is that on the freeway are on just small streets and what do they mean by that am thinking from other cars passing am not sure cause i now have a dogde intriped and i dont hear nothing when am driving but yet am hearing my kid are the radio.

road noise is the noise you hear from the tires and the road mixing together it makes loud noise the matrix doesnt have any insulation on the bottom of the car so it makes alot of noise from the tires together with the road.   you should go for the toyota corolia insted of the matrix the matrix had a little bit of problems

Smaller cars are as stated above not well insulated and you will hear alot of road noise coming from the tires, if you what a Toyota I would recommend the Camry instead of the Matrix.
