one of my stories. in D.C. traffic at the bridge. driving my new ride....sweet!. i am stuck in the left lane. this creep goes into left emergency lane b/c he's impatient. he strategy.....scare drivers in front of him, cut them off then get in front of the next car. he tried doing this to me. he ,still in emerg. lane drives less an inch in my drivers door. my window down, his too, i said rude things. i look down, see passenger counting this huge fistful of cash. i then see his gun. i did not allow him to get in front of me. he trailed me. i slammed my brakes, almost hit me. i was too mad to worry. he followed me several miles with rage. i slammed on my brakes once more. he almost rammed me. gun and all, he quickly moved into another lane. a trucker saw some of this, cut him off and he took the next exit!

  1. I don't think I have had this much total excitement in 56 years of driving. You don't think maby  you are part of the problem do you.

  2. A lady was not paying attention and swerved off the road and kicked up a piece of concrete the size of my fist and shattered my windshield.  I was in a company truck and accelerated to get her license plate.  A coworker saw me and reported me for speeding to my boss and I got in trouble, even though I about wrecked the dang truck because the whole windshield was shattered.

  3. Here's the way I figure it:

125 million (drivers on the road daily) X 1,000 (mini-exchanges between drivers during two commutes per day) X .01 (1 percent proportion of hostile or stressed exchanges) X 365 (days per year) = about 400 billion stressful or aggressive exchanges per year in the U.S.

  4. Ever watched the movie "Anger Management" - give it a go, puts a whole new perspective on thinks.

    Cheers
