1. It is called Low Frustration Tolerance.

    Look it up.

  2. It's called being Pi$$ed Off!!!!

  3. I don't even think I understand those terms but I know what causes road rage. For me, I am always rushing. I have too many things that HAVE to be done and not enough time to do them. So when I am driving behind someone driving too slow it just really makes my blood boil. I don't understand -- don't they have anywhere to be, too?

And in bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic, it is more just the frustration of wanting to be at my destination and not having the power or control to make it happen. I am stuck. If it is a courthouse or meeting I am heading toward, I don't want to be late. If I am headed home, I am aggravated because I haven't seen my kids all day and the longer it takes me to get home, the less time I will have with them before their bedtime. So I get frustrated because I can't do anything but sit there and wait for someone else to move.

So I think it is a combination of feeling powerless and out of control and feeling anxious or panicked because you need to be somewhere and are worried you won't make it on time.
