Road trip around the USA! Few questions..?

Me and my friend are going to America in April next year for 25 days I will be 17 by then and she will be 19. We're wondering if there are easy ways to get alcohol or if there is some sort of bar that allows 18 year olds (I look way older than I am) to drink whether it's legal or illegal. Also where are good places to visit in California, New York and around Florida or fun things to do out and about and what will the weather be like in April?

The drinking age in the US is 21 years of age.  If you are served alcohol both you and the establishment serving you are in violation of the law and risk being arrested and fined.  Do underage persons get served?  Sometimes.  Do they get away with it?  Sure.  Is it worth the risk?  That's entirely up to you.  Even if you "look way older" most persons working in a job serving alcohol are trained to check ID for anyone who appears to be under 30-40 years of age.  I doubt that either of you could pass for someone twice your age!

As for the weather, April is tricky to predict for most of the US.  For California, it depends on what part of the state you will be in but generally Southern CA will be mild and sunny with daytime temperatures between 15C-26C.  News York tends to get alot of rain in April and you should plan accordingly.  Typically daytime temps range from 9C-21C but can be much colder or warmer.  Florida weather will definitely depend on what part of the state you are visiting.  Northern FL will be cooler and dryer while Southern FL will be a bit warmer and again, those April showers may be a factor so be prepared.
