Roadtrip to prague.?

Hello people, i am going to prague from frankfurt by car and i am wondering how many hours it'll take from frankfurt am main to prague? also is there a train from frankfurt to prague? any suggestions will do, thanks.

No experience with driving, but train is a convenient option. Runs daily from Frankfurt Hbf at 23:38 and arrives in Prague at 8:55 the following day. It is Euronight, i.e. you will need a reservation.
