My radio is stuck on "Antenna." I bought a new antenna, no help. I tried resetting the signal, no help. What the heck can I do to make this thing work again?

  1. An "antenna" message on an XM radio means that it's not detecting the antenna.  If you replaced the antenna and it didn't help, then that means there's a problem with the antenna jack on the dock, or on the tuner itself.

If you're using this with the FM-direct adapter or the Sure-connect adapter, that may be the defective component also.

If you take it to a store that sells the Roady XT, they may be willing to let you try your tuner in their display's dock (if they have a working display).  That should tell you whether the tuner or the dock is the problem.

    Good luck!

  2. I'm not sure why you bought a new antenna. There's an input select on the radio. It switches from antenna to input jacks, or whatever other inputs the radio has. You just need to select what you want.
