Roaming charges on incoming calls?

I have a u.s cellular cell phone on my plan I get free incoming calls. If I go out of state and my phone says roaming, do I get charged roaming fees if I receive an incoming call?

Yes if you don't have a national price plan. If you only have a local plan you will end getting roaming charges, I would recommend you call your cell phone company and find out where you are covered.
