Robben Island?

Question

I saw on the TV the other day - all these guys swimming in a race from Robben Island to Blouberg Strand.

I know us black dudes will never think of doing that.

Do you think if we were to throw white guys in prison there that they would escape by swimming - or will the sharks get to them first?

How many of the racers did the sharks get? Perhaps that is your answer to that question.

Why would black dudes never think of that? Colour has nothing to do with swimming. Your black relatives on this side of the pond (North America) swim. You are missing out on a great sport. Perhaps that would be a good thing to start over there - not to use as an escape - what a bunch of rot that is!! but as a sport that South African blacks can do - it is not hard - and perhaps become Olympians at.

When people turn their thoughts and actions to positive ends, it is amazing what wonderful feats they can accomplish. Being a thief or a rapist will get you maybe a line in a local newspaper and then nothing.

Nelson Mandella, regardless of what individual S.Africans think, is Internationally hailed as a hero. Amin is known only to us old folks and Mugabe will soon join him as being a curse to black and white alike, the ultimate destroyer of his country and soon to be forgotten. Why on earth would you want to emulate either of those dudes? That's like white folks wanting to be just like Charlie Manson - an idiot sitting in a prison cell for 40 years babbling nonsense that no one listens to.

There are so many positive things that both black and white folks could do in South Africa to make it the best of the best. It boggles the mind that so many are working at turning it into the worst of the worst and mostly for personal selfish reasons.
